What is a Liquid diet? In this diet, a person only consumes proteins, nutrients, carbs, and a very low amount of fat in liquid form.


What you can have when you are on a liquid diet:

  • Fruit juice

  • Yogurt
  • Sherbet
  • Honey
  • Stained cream soups
  • Water
  • Carbonated drinks
  • Milk, Tea, or Coffee


In this diet, you cut calorie intake in order to burn your body fat by taking only liquid food. In order to cut the excess fat in your body, you need to stop taking a high amount of calories. The lower the calorie intake in the body, the more our body absorbs fat to replace calories.


To avoid dizziness during the liquid diet you need to take proper guidance from nutrition experts. In this process, our body melts not only fat but also muscle. Liquid diet also melts our muscles so that the rate of metabolism also decreases. This can cause losing fat-burning ability.

Breakfast: Take a cup of water and add 1 tablespoon of Ground Coffee and prepare coffee(make sure you are not using instant coffee).
