We can find a lot of healthy diet meals online. But the question is how does it work on your body? Losing weight is not a solution, you have to lose weight in a healthy way. So in the weight loss process, you don't lose your muscle mass.


If you lose your muscle mass it will damage the metabolisms that help in burning fat in your body. Which causes you to gain more weight due to low-fat burning ability. In fact, for many people, this is the reason for the double weight gain than before.


When first I tried to write an article about a healthy meal plan I personally do some research. While doing some research on healthy meal diet/plan I found an interesting diet followed by Japanese people. This diet also shows significant results in the weight loss process.


List of items you need to eat when you following the Japanese diet.

  • Fish and seafood. All types of fish and seafood can be included.
  • Soy foods, The most common are edamame, tofu, miso, soy sauce, tamari, and natto.
  • Fruit and vegetables.

Fish and seafood: 



fish is a great source of protein low in both fat and calories. Eating fish two or three times per week can reduce the risk of chronic disease. The lean protein and omega-3's in fish make it a smart nutritious choice. Canned salmon, Grilled Fish, Chicken, and tuna provide the same benefits but cost less than fresh fish.


Make sure you get enough protein, omega-3, and other healthy nutrients. These sources contain significantly less cholesterol and saturated fat, they are considered to be 'leaner meats' as compared to other heavier animal products.

  1. Salmon. is loaded with fat and heart-healthy omega-3s. ...
  2. Scallops. is a low-calorie shellfish with a sweet, mild flavor (16).
  3. Oysters. 

That's why you don't want to eat this every day to replace regular meals.



Soy Food Diet: 


Soy protein is a protein that is isolated from soybean it can cause weight loss not by lowering food quantity by modifying your digestive system. You can use Soy protein to replace meat it is rich in proteins. You can avoid fat intake by eating Soy Beans it is also a healthy diet for heart patients. 



Fruits and Vegetables: 

If you want to lose weight in a natural way then make sure your diet is full of greenery, leaves, and vegetables like Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Carrot, and Cabbage. 


Fruits and Vegetables are low in calories and high in Fibers. Eating Fiber also help you lose belly fat and prevent belly fat again
