Most of you watch TikTok videos, Most people spend most of the day watching TikTok videos. Many of them upload videos that mimic those videos. So I thought should try what they are doing. I saw a fitness video that went viral and that video inspired me a lot. I wanted to try that fitness video and post the result on my blog

7 Minute High Intensity workout: Do each workout at high intensity for 45 seconds followed by a 15 seconds rest. Repeat this for 3 times(3 sets) and continue this for 7-10 minutes.


  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Wall Sit
  3. Push-ups
  4. Crunches
1.Jumping Jacks: 

Jumping Jacks can help you burn fat all over your body which includes belly fat faster if you do this exercise with high intensity. Jumping Jack burns large number of calories also boosts the body's metabolic rate, improves muscle endurance which improves weight loss process.

2.Wall Sit:


If you are trying to build isometric strength and endurance in gluts, calves, quadriceps(front thighs), hamstrings, and adductor muscles Wall Sit is perfect workout for you. This workout also helps you with abdominal fat burn and to build muscle.

3.Push-ups:

Push-up benefits - push-ups exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids also ancillary benefits to the rest of the deltoids. serrates anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole.

4.Crunches: 

It is one of the best and popular abdominal exercises if you are aiming for six packs or higher. It engages all the abdominal muscles but this workout highly impact on rectus abdomens muscles and the oblique's. Which helps with both six-packs abs, and tightening the belly.

5.Squats:  


Squats strengths your core, extremely burns calories, reduces the risk of injury, strengthens the muscles of your lower body. Squats alone is more effective workout to build muscle and bur fat. If you use jumping squats with your exercise routine you can burn more calories. 

Daily squats will help you mentally and will help you with strengthening lower body. The most obvious benefit of squats is building your leg muscles – quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Squats, and all of their variations, are a great exercise for the whole body.

6.Planks: Plank is best cardio to burn fat. It is one of the best calorie burning exercises. Plank engages multiple muscles at once and benefits the core strength of your body. Plank not only burn abdomen area fat they also makes your body flexible and tightens your tummy.



7.High Knees: 

High Knees are best cardio exercise. If you are doing this exercise with high intensity it engages your core and strengthens all muscles in your legs. Due to high number of benefits this exercise are performed into a wide variety of workouts.

Try to keep moving for at least 20 minutes at a time You'll also feel the burn in your shoulders and core. Iyou can't do the regular high-knee exercise the entire time, switch back and forth between that one and the high-knee march.
